Ingredients:
1 kg of large lemongrass fish, cut into 4 pieces
2 medium tomatoes finely chop
3-4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 cup air
Ground spices:
8 curly red hot peppers
2 cloves garlic
6 red bulbs
1 teaspoon salt
Seasoning to taste (optional)
How to do:
Wash the fish, then add the lemon juice and salt for a minute.
Dry the fried fish, remove from the heat and set aside.
Fry the ground spices until fragrant, add the tomatoes, fish, water, soy sauce and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
